Customization Options for every floor

our Bulletproof systems

Our “Bulletproof” system, or commonly know as the “epoxy flake” system is installed in three main parts. The first is our professional diamond grinding and floor preparation step. A diamond grind opens the pores of your concrete. This will allow for our epoxy base to chemically bond and weld to the surface when poured in step two. your choice of decorative flake is then broadcast into the setting epoxy in a light or heavy coat, depending on your preference. After adequate time, a seal and thick protective polyaspartic resin topcoat is applied to seal, protect, and give your floor a shine that will last a lifetime.

We use FloorGuard products to add your choice of color and pattern to every bulletproof flake floor we lay. Bulletproof floors are simple, practical, and tough, making them the perfect option for garages, shops, patios, and basement spaces. Here are some examples of our customization options, inspiration and an idea of how these flake patterns look in the real world can be found in the “our work” page.

JS-Signature metallic customization

Instead of using decorative flake to give pattern and appeal to the floor, when installing a JS Signature metallic floor, a unique blend of pigmented epoxies poured and spread in a pattern determined by you. Due to the nature of the creative process, no two floors are alike. Our Metallic floors can incorporate up to 4 different colors, although we recommend no more than 3 to avoid a chaotic finished product. Once a metallic project has been agreed on, and before beginning any work, our team will provide the customer with some specific sample boards with the colors the customer has chosen to help them get an idea of what their finished floor will look like. We’ve gathered some examples of what our metallic floors will look like when finished.
